Hi! I’m Pankaj Sharma. Chef by profession and farmer and forager by interest.
After working for several luxury hotels and restaurants, I have moved to a quite village in Ladakh called “Saboo”. Close to nature and villagers….life is ever inspiring and culinarily beautiful.
With my blog I want my visitors to see, know, learn and use the uncommon and wild ingredients available in various parts of India. I also want my visitors to understand and be receptive of the food culture revolving around these ingredients. Whilst doing so I want all of you to compare your natural surrounding and be aware of the possibilities that the nature provides us with!!
