So, for the time being this will be the last video on the Ladakhi Pasta…..coz, otherwise I shall have to start another separate category for this. However, I shall keep coming back to the food of Ladakh…but right now enjoy this simple way of making another pasta which is called “Thenthuk” in Ladakh. Like any other fresh Ladakhi pasta it can bee boiled in vegetable or meat stew. It can be had at any time of the day but my favourite time was to have a big bowl of lamb and vegetables simmered in spring water with Thenthuk. Good enough to keep me going for 4-5 hours at a stretch.
